Rudy LaBrada has been in real estate since 1992 - over 26 years! In 1997 Rudy opened his first Downtown Upland office later moving his location down the street and has been here ever since. In 2019, he opened his second office in Hemet, Ca. Rudy attended Bishop Amat High School and received his Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University. In addition to being a licensed Real Estate Broker, Rudy is a Certified Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist. He first became interested in real estate at a young age because he loved seeing new houses and would draw floor plans for fun.
Rudy is the co-author of the 2015-2016 'Top 10' and 'Best Seller' on Amazon.com, 'The Art of Buying and Selling Real Estate' which is available on paperback and Kindle on Amazon.com. Within days of its release, the book reached #2 in the Buying
and Selling Real Estate category and reached 'Top 10' and 'Best Seller' status on two separate national and international best seller lists and was also featured as a 'Hot New Release'. He is so proud of this accomplishment, he is considering writing his own full book based on his vast experiences in the real estate business.
Most people would be interested to know that he has a background in political finance. Previously, Rudy was a Finance Director for politicians for statewide and national office. He worked with individuals that were, and continue to be, very prominent politicians on the state and national level. Politics was a great career path when he was younger but later became more difficult when not allowing for family time. When looking for his second career he knew that real estate was his passion.
Rudy would describe himself as loyal, trustworthy, and silly. In his spare time he enjoys tending to his beautiful garden, taking trips in his motor home, relaxing on the beach, enjoying a glass of wine and playing with his two rescue dogs, Molly and Bandit.
Rudy states, “The most rewarding thing about this job is that every day is different. I also love that I have generations of families as clients. It is amazing that I am now selling homes to the children of my clients! It is nice to see these individuals grow up and watch their careers and families bloom. These types of customer relationships are what make The LaBrada Group unique!”
Diana Padilla joined The LaBrada Group in 2012. She is our Maintenance Department Manager/Senior Maintenance Specialist. Prior to that she worked at another property management company for 6 years. She handles all maintenance concerns and issues on properties we manage. Before working in the property management industry she was very involved at her children’s school. She was an office and classroom parent volunteer and started an after school singing program.
She would describe herself as strong, determined, and easy-going. In her spare time she enjoys shopping and spending time outdoors. Going on walks and being active is something that is relaxing and therapeutic for her. A resident of Ontario, Diana also loves being with her family - four children, two grandchildren, and two rescue dogs, Molly & Lucy. As a family they value the time that they spend together between everyone’s busy schedules.
Diana explains, “I am truly grateful for our nice tenants! They are so appreciative and it is nice to be acknowledged by them. To me, a simple thank you is very rewarding.”
Pattie Alexander joined The LaBrada Group in 2017. She is our Senior Property Manager and manages the Management Department. She has been a licensed real estate agent since 1994 and began her career in Property Management in 1996. The cornerstone of her success has been her dedication to property owners, their property, and their residents. In her experience, Pattie has assisted investors with the management of their property ranging from single family homes to 100+ units. Pattie is a California Certified Residential Manager.
Pattie would describe herself as resourceful, ethical, and communicative. She is married with 2 children and has resided in the Inland Empire since 2012. She enjoys traveling with her family, sports, and music.
Allison joined The LaBrada Group in 2019 as our Accounting Manager. She came to us with over 15 years in bookkeeping and office managerial experience and most recently worked for a local steel company. A graduate of University of Redlands with a Bachelor of Arts Degree, she was also a substitute teacher and instructional aide in our local public school system. She is the mother of four grown children and a resident of Rancho Cucamonga.
Allison would describe herself as easy-going, smart and determined! Allison loves her three dogs, Molly, Hank and Charlie. She enjoys hiking, walks on the beach and kayacking - anything outdoors.
Cameron Romero joined The LaBrada Group in 2019. He is currently our Showing/Leasing Agent. He brings with him several years of property management and hospitality experience. He currently is the assistant to our Senior Property Manager, working closely with our tenants and vendors to ensure the delivery of uncompromised service. Cameron obtained his California Real Estate Salesperson license in 2014, and has completed coursework at Citrus College.
A lifelong resident of La Verne, Cameron is a local guy... graduating from Damien High School. Cameron would describe himself as motivated, serious and fun at the same time! He has two dogs, Isabella Francesca and Zoey Yates. In his spare time, he like fine cuisine and spending time at the beach.
Rosa Amaya joined The LaBrada Group as Receptionist and Assistant to Diana Padilla in 2017, Rosa is now a Property Management Assistant handling the back office details of our company. She attended East Los Angeles College where she studied Business Administration and Justice. Rosa comes to us with over 10 years of experience in Property Management, a field that she is very passionate about. Previously she worked in the automotive industry for almost 5 years.
Rosa would describe herself as respectful, loyal, and passive. A resident of Pomona, she enjoys spending her free time with her four children and grandchildren.
Rosa explains, “My favorite thing about working in the Property Management industry is interacting with our clients and assisting with their needs.”
Stephanie joined TLG in September 2019 as a Property Management Assistant - she comes to us with an Associate of Science Degree in Business Administration with emphasis on Customer Relations and Strategic Planning. She is also a graduate of Bloomington High School. She was previously a Guest Liaison with St. Bernadine's Medical Center and prior to that worked as a accounts payable and receivable assistant for an aviation company. In her spare time, she likes to watch crime shows and stays active with her children. She currently lives in San Bernardino with her husband and two kids, a boy and a girl.
Dalilah Bernardo comes to us with many years of real estate and mortgage loan experience. Most recently she was the Regional Manager overseeing the Inland Empire division at Action Property Management and managing a substantial Home Owners Association portfolio. She has now switched directions in the real estate industry by moving into sales.
She was born and raised in Glendora and is a graduate of Charter Oak High School and is now a resident of Fontana. Dalilah is married and has two beautiful children. Dalilah would describe herself as dedicated, loyal, and self motivated. In her spare time, when she has it, she likes to travel, watch movies and enjoy life with her family.
Dalilah says, "The reason I ventured into real estate was to make people's dream a reality in finding a place to call home. I am rejoiced by the opportunity of successfully helping others making their dream come true."
Maryanne Carrillo joined The LaBrada Group in 2013 and is a licensed Realtor. She also has over 20 years of experience in the real estate and property management industry as she was a prior part owner of a real estate company. Maryanne received her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University.
Maryanne would describe herself as happy, positive, and life loving. She is the proud mother of three children. She enjoys supporting her children’s ambitions and never misses a soccer game or dance performance!
Maryanne explains, “Working with people is what I enjoy most. I am very much a people person and appreciate engaging in the wonderful relationships that we have created.”
